The military isn't what it used to be. Nowadays women are training for the most dangerous combat duty. Sergeant Major Feather's job is to see to it that trainees are prepared for every eventuality. He's well aware of the enemy's cruel methods of interrogation. Intelligence reports inform him that captured female G.I's are subjected to a new form of tease. Tickling. Today two lovely young recruits are going to experience this new technique. They will be tied and tickled. Then they will be stripped and retied for further tickling. The sergeant will tie them in every imaginable position to expose their helpless bodies to his probing fingers and cruel feather. This grueling ordeal will continue through the day.
